DAVID APARTMENT

A small but cozy apartment with an ample skylight. There is no view on the city but a typical “Bohémien” window. Our accommodation is located in Via Ricasoli, only a few meters away from the museum (“Accademia”) that hosts the world-famous David, Michelangelo’s masterpiece. 30 square meters (100 square feet) of living area located on the 4th floor of a typical building, without elevator. There is no bedroom but a living room with a double sofa-bed.

LOCATION
The location is ideal in the heart of the historic center of Florence, in Via Ricasoli 15 between the marvellous DUOMO and the MUSEO DELL’ACCADEMIA that hosts the famous DAVID created by Michelangelo.
Other highlights such as the Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Bargello are only 5-minute walking distance from our accommodation.

AMENITIES
Kitchen with gas stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, iron and iron board. Bathroom with shower, air conditioning heat and cold, heater and TV, bad linen and towels. It’s possible internet wireless connection without limit of time.

Check in is after 5p.m. directly at our apartment in Via Ricasoli, 15 and check out is within 11a.m. on the day of your departure.
