THE HOUSE: It is constructed of double brick and rendered. Has a look and high ceilings. The Kitchen is large and there is a separate Dining Room. The Living Room/Lounge with a 55 inch flat T.V. and all the rest of amenities including full use of the kitchen and Laundry facilities Swimming Pool for those hot Summer days in Perth.

PARKING: It is Undercover and out of view from the street for 5 cars
