The apt. is located in a small (five units, we are living first floor) building, that was just completed in 2006, which means building and apartement are in like new condition.

We are located right at Berlins historic (and current) city center, next of the friendly affairs ministry, most touristic sights as well as upmarket restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. So, of course, is public transport.

This stylish apartment offers

- two bedrooms, each with balcony, facing east with view to the Alexanderplatz.

It is fully furnished and equipped:

- complete kitchen from dish washer to tea spoon

The rent for the aparmtent at the second floor is EUR 1.600/ month plus EUR 300/ month extra charges which cover everything from heating to internet access (excl. cleaning).

We are asking a deposit of one months rent, which, of course, is refundable once you are moving out again. So the first payment would be EUR 3.600 (first rent fee and charges 1.800 + deposit 1.800). As we are the owner and not an agent there is no commission. Inspectation is possible on short hand.
