The small villa by the ancient olive tree (sleeps 6)
A small two-floor villa situated in a quiet area 2 kms from the beach (Blue Flag certification). On the ground floor you will find a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed sleeping . The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an friendly-style coffee maker. There is a table seating six people. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet, a toilet and a washing machine. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room and bathroom. The windows of both bedrooms overlook the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet, a toilet and a shower. The one thousand-square meter garden is equipped with table and chairs, a garden umbrella and shower. You may travel to the town and the beach by bus, but bringing or hiring your own car is recommended. You will find a supermarket, a coffee bar, a chemist’s shop and other shops just 1 km from the house. There are a lot of coffee bars, pizzerias and restaurants in Castellabate where you can enjoy local and international cuisine. The small villa is the ideal base for day excursions to the most beautiful and famous destinations in the Campania region: The Temples of Paestum (20 km), the excavations of Velia (38 km) the excavations of Pompeii (km 92), The Padula Charterhouse (92 km). You can reach Positano, Capri and Palinuro by The Metro del Mare hydrofoils which sail from the San Marco harbour, just 3 kms from the house.
