The unit is located in exclusive Kodra e Diellit residential area. It gives you more of the feeling of a town-house rather than that of an apartment. A stairway leads to the first floor (living room, cooking area, daily bathroom), balcony. Another stairway leads to the second floor (two bedrooms, large bathroom, small balcony). The unit is brand new - it hasnt been lived in before.

The unit is mostly furnished (about 70%). It has been left unfinished on purpose, so that the first tenants can have a few choices.
