Our fully-furnished place is available for after an extensive restoration period. It is a 28m2 studio apartment (bedroom, kitchen area and private bath room with shower) in a historic building. The studio apartment has been fully renovated from the core out with new electricity, water, wall plaster, bathroom, kitchen, reclaimed solid wood ceiling beams and hardwood floors, etc.

All the furniture and appliances are brand new. The units are located on several floors in a 95-year-old historic originally Greek house (photos show examples from multiple units). Every unit has twin balconies or a Cumba (a bay-window area overhanging the street). All units have air conditioning and extensive satellite TV with several hundred channels including numerous international channels. It is a quite street with many galleries, a famous museum, and many antique shops in the middle of the historic Cukurcuma neighborhood with a private garden facing other gardens on the back-side. There is a laundry area free of charge for tenants located in the basement and free wireless internet throughout.

The monthly rental amount including all utilities (water, heating, electricity, wireless internet, and satellite TV) is EUR 650 for stays of 3 months and longer. The security deposit is EUR 650.

The apartment is only steps from famous Orhan Pamuks Museum of Innocence, a 2 min walk to French Street, 5 min to Galatasaray Licee and the center of Istiklal Street, and 5 min to the tram stop in Tophane connecting in 12 min to the historic Peninsula with all the should-see attractions. Also 5 min is the walk to popular Cihangir square with its many cafes and restaurants. Taksim Square with its Metro connection and Istanbul Modern are a 8-10 min walk.
