One month deposit required. A copy of a passport, as well as a copy of study /or work documents should be provided for the landlord. Renters should be at least 18 years or older. All utilities, including Wifi, are included in the price of this flat. However, if there are unusually high utility bills, the landlord may ask for reimbursement for usage that exceeds 60 euros per person in one month. Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is defined by the massive park in the middle of it. Retiro is quite expensive, with great restaurants in its surroundings, modern buildings compared to the city center, and the park is always near to enjoy a stroll. The flat is placed in a residential, quiet neighborhood with any trade a few meters from the house and hospitals Beata Maria Ana and Niño Jesus at 5 minutes walking from the flat.
