The apartment is in very nice and residential area, near the bus station, 300m from the underground and 5 minutes from the lovely park of villa torlonia.
In the flat there are all together 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, big living room with kitchen. In the rooms lives 4 peoples students and I would like to rent this room to another people
The kitchen is full optional with dishwasher and washing drying machine.
You would be in a registered contract, friendly and English. Yearly contracts are € 550 per months. Minimum commitment is 3 months.
I you would like the room cleaned and change bath towels daily and bed linens every week the price is € 750.
