The bulding---This original building is a 3 floors house that is distributed on three apartaments.

The house is located in a small village on the main road of Humaita between a bar and a small market. There is a commum entrance for of everyone that lives in the other houses of the village but each house has an intercom.

Also the house has a commum entrancy for all tenants of the house but your apartment is independent and with privacy as in on the third floor and occupies the entire top of the house.

The apartament to rent---This is only apartament availble to rent in this house at the moment that has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. In the same floor there is the bathroom and the stairs that goes to the top of the house where you will find a kitchen and a open area terrace with a great space perfect for sunbathing and barbecue with an amazing view to Corcovado (Christ the Redeemers perch).

First floor--

Humaita is a nice and residential district in the South Zone (Zona Sul) of Rio e Janeiro and It is one of the places that is not near to any favela, which is rare in the city.
ENTERTEINEMT: Even Humaita is a lively place and well located (between the foot of Corcovado Mountain and five min walk to Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, Botafogo and Jardim Botanico ---citys world-famous Botanical Garden ) It is not consider a tourist area as are Copacabana Ipanema so the area is not overcrowded and consider much safer for tourists.
Annually between the months of February and March there are some of most popular Rio de Janeiros funny carnaval blocs parades through the streets of Humaita.
