This villa is located in Cefalù, into the elegant tourist residence Baia dei 7 Emiri by the seaside having two wonderful beaches immersed in the scenery of the Mediterranean nature.

The villa has a lovely garden and a patio perfectly suitable for spending time in total relaxation or for lunches and dinners at open-air.
