The unique walkout courtyard is very safe, quiet, and totally private -- great for children to play, and with room to bbq and eat (outdoor furniture and new charcoal BBQ provided).

Unit includes one private parking spot, but there is a bus stop only 2 minutes away which will take you into town.

As well, there is a nearby pizza place, a bar, a bakery, restaurants, hairdresser and other little stores.

Smokers are welcome so long as it is done outside :)
Owner has made window air conditioning available.
Ensuite washing machine.
Weekend Rates for Friday night/Sat night/Sunday night/Monday morning departure is 200 euros.
