On the occasion of the numerous trade fairs and exhibitions prices can change greatly and it is advisable to book in advance.

The apartment is rented with the formula all-inclusive.
Minimum stay 3 days (eur 70 / day), weekly rates (eur 450 / week) renewable up to 4 weeks.
For transitory requirements of some months stay is applied to an all-inclusive fee of eur 1,500 / every 4 weeks.
The cost includes rent, condo fees, heating, hot and cold water, electricity, gas, wifi internet.
It is excluded the final cleaning to be assumed.
A security deposit is required which varies based on the number of guests and the period of stay.
