The 2 guest houses: the entire 100m² or 200m² will be yours exclusively. Located at an excellent spot, very quiet at night. The 2 houses are brand new, airy, near the beach, cozy, safe and it has: wire fence, alarm system with cameras, indoor garage, land line and free wireless Internet. We rented the houses together or separately.
It has 2 or 3 bedrooms, extended living room, 2 or 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, gourmet area, wooden deck with hammock, garden and one parking spot. Within the 2 bedrooms 8 people can be accomodated, for there are 2 double bed and 4 single beds. Within the 3 bedrooms 1 can be accomodated, for there are 1 double bed and 10 single beds.
Furniture and appliances are brand new and modern.
Rent includes bed and bath linen, furniture, hammock, grill, 34 cable TV, stereo, refrigerator, washing mashine, iron and board, cupboards, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, hair dryer and coffee machine.
Location: We are only 680m away from the best spot on the beach (8 min walk), near Morro do Careca, and only 250m away from the famous night clubs, bars and restaurants in Rua do Salsa.
It takes only 20 minutes on a taxi to get to the house from the airport, and it costs around R$50,00.
You are totaly free to choose towards food, beverages, transportation, excursions and amusement.
