This lovely house is only 10 minutes drive to world famous Paradise Island. You might want to have a rental car but one could catch a jitney into town from Fox Hill roundabout, which is a few minutes walk.

House has magnificent ocean views!

The property is fenced in, so if you do have a dog or two, this is fine.

Smokers are okay but there are plenty of porches and balconies, so I would prefer it to be kept outside as much as possible!
