I had an outstanding stay with Rae as my landlord. Upon arrival, the place was immaculate and Rae went above and beyond to make accommodations for me to ensure I had an excellent stay. I cannot praise Rae enough for her hospitality and definitely recommend staying at one of her properties. I hope to stay at her place again in the future!

Rae is a fantastic landlord! She was on top of things and very accommodating when I was moving in/out of the apartment during my 3 month stay. The studio itself is a great size and nicely furnished. Rae even gave me extra linens, towels and hangers to use! The kitchen comes with all the basics you need. There are also several public transit routes into town that only take 20-30 mins both during the week and on weekends. Essentially, Rae is wonderful and the apartment is great! Highly recommend!

Rae is incredibly sweet and accommodating. She will go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. She was very responsive (text, phone calls, and emails) and when I had any concerns,, she was incredibly flexible and would keep checking in on me. The Capitol Hill apartment has all the basic amenities. I stayed in the Medium Room and it had a queen bed (with sheets, comforter and 2 pillows), dresser, desk, and she even gave me some hangers and a towel. It is a great location -def worth the price. I would recommend renting from Rae.

Rae was absolutely the PERFECT Landlord. She responded quickly to all my calls and emails from the very beginning even before I got to DC, she was at the house to let me in even though I got in at midnight and she really went the extra mile with everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Shes very kind and addresses any problems you have within the same day if not the same hour. She saved me from not having somewhere to live twice while I was in DC when other housing arrangements fell apart at the last minute and was very understanding to my individual needs.

Easily the best Landlord in DC.

The house itself is really nice, very clean, all the appliances and furniture are kept clean and up to date, the AC and heat works, I had no problems with any of the utilities. The bus stop is literally right out the door and the metro is just 10 minutes away.

Rae was great and can absolutely be trusted to rent you a stable place and go above and beyond what you would expect from a landlord. We moved from abroad to DC and she was flexible to secure our lease for 2 months via email, not having met each other. She also offered to take us grocery shopping when we first moved, provided everything we couldve needed in the apartment (even bringing in additional items after we moved in as we requested), and was great when we moved out as well. We had no problems communicating with her and she got our security deposit back within the time frame promised. I highly recommend working with Rae if you need a short-term, furnished apartment!

Rae is the one of the best landlords Ive dealt with. She was always available to help, and returned my calls/texts in a timely manner. The property is very spacious, clean, and up-to-date with TV, WiFi, and a great kitchen. The amenities are more than enough to have a great living. The price is definitely worth it.
Rae is well organized and kept all the tenets informed about city water outages, garbage pick up, the laundry room, and how to travel throughout the neighborhood. And she is always willing to help. She made sure my receipts were always prepared correctly and timely for my business reimbursement.
Personally she is very interested in her tenets well being. Sincerely asking me how I was doing in DC whenever we met, and interested in my work here.
In short : The property is great and kept very well. The amenities are very good, and the price is more than fair. The landlord, Rae, is very responsible, organized, and sincere. It was a great stay, and I would recommend this place to my friends.

The landlord is one of the most nice persons Ive ever met. She is very flexible with the lease and other stuff.She bought many additional electronic devices, like a second air condition and a toaster. And she helped me a lot with my grocery purchase and even job searching. I strongly recommend her.
