STANLEY HOUSE apartment is located in a quiet, clean & peaceful subdivision with 24/7 security located in Imus, Cavite. About 35 min drive to NAIA, MOA, US Embassy and Baclaran depending on traffic situation.

We are located a few minutes walk to shopping mall, restaurants, shops like 7/11. Malls (South Supermarket, Robinsons & SR supermarket). Public Market and hospitals are about 5 min ride.
We also have private school inside the subdivision and near by streets.

Public transport like buses and jeepneys are available from Aguinaldo Highway 24/7 which is only 2 min walk from our apartment.

Rental available daily, weekly or monthly

Min of 1 month rental is P12,000/month. gas, internet, cable tv and water are included
Min of 3 months rental is P10,000/month. cable tv and internet included.
You are responsible for paying your electricity, gas and water - unless specified above unit has a private meter for water and electric.

The apartment unit has separate bedroom/s, open living area, dining and kitchen and balcony.
Bedroom/s has fitted wardrobe and has a Queen or double bed complete with pillows and beddings supplied 1 set only. If you need extra set it is the expense of tenants.

Living area has 3 seater or 2 seater sofa with single chairs & center table & cable tv.
Kitchen/dining area has fitted cabinets with cooking stove/complete with crockery & cutlery (basic) dining table & chairs and a fridge freezer provided.

Our Terms & Conditions for stay 1 month or long term

P5,000 reservation deposit if you want to reserve your apartment.
P5,000 Security Deposit to be paid upon your arrival.
1 month Rental is payable upon your arrival.
Your deposits are fully refundable in cash when you leave less unpaid bills & damages if any.
This can`t be used against your rental at anytime.
