I contacted the owner about an apartment listed on the site as available. Then when I again contacted the owner, who took a long time to reply, I was told the apartment was not available though listed on Sublet.com as available.

I have rented furnished apartments from the landlord on several occasions. my experience is always excellent. The apartments are well equipped and kept in very good condition. If something needs attention, she or one of her employees attends to it right away. She responds immediately to e-mails.
