Charla made this entire rental process a dream. We easily checked in with the guards at the gate upon arrival and then found our assigned parking stall for the unit. Word to the cautious the elevator does not go up to the 4th floor where the unit is located so be aware when moving luggage or heavy items, although Charla has thought of everything and has a hand cart to help with getting things upstairs from the car. We loved listening to the waves at night and watching the most beautiful sunsets right outside the apartment. The apartment is on a busy highway so be aware of this before arriving Im a particularly light sleeper and had to close the windows and keep a sound machine on through the night. Otherwise the unit is great for a peaceful and rejuvenating Hawaiian vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the water machine is great for filling hydro flasks for the beach. There is almost always a nice breeze blowing through the apartment so it doesnt get too hot. Charla was amazing to work with and was very attentive making sure we had a great stay. Would definitely rent the unit again when Im back home visiting family.
