We rented this place for the month of February 2016.Great surrounding location. The owner doesnt do a contract for a month stay! Your deposit is the cleaning fee which is non-refundable.

This was five years ago! WHY would this site still be putting this remark out to the public five years later when this property has been rented constantly with no complaint! I paid for my listings which makes me the Customer, I a Realtor and If I treated my Clients this way I wouldnt have any.
