The property was as advertised, with everything brand new and in excellent condition. The landlord went out of his way to be helpful, making special trips to be sure our internet and wide-screen TV were working properly--including after an electrical storm knocked out Verizons connection.

We did some corporate entertaining and found the place to be perfect, with dishes and utensils already provided.

Be aware that this is an apartment, not a motel. Therefore you should bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee and coffee filters, etc. For the value provided by this landlord, thats a very small matter. I would stay there again, without hesitation.
