I am the current tenant of this apartment, and I hate to leave. The location is perfect--a few minutes from Centraal Station and the Dam Square as well as many tram lines. The apartment is clean,spacious and carefully planned so there is lots of storage. Many thoughtful amenities are included. I felt right at home immediately. The landlord and her representative have been helpful and understanding.
