I have stayed here two times, once for a month and last year for two months and I love it. The pictures are old, flooring has been updated, much nicer! Very clean! Very quiet street with great neighbors and literally a 1 minute walk to the pool or fitness center, library or laundry. A very short drive to Ft. Myers Beach ( 5 minutes) or a 10 minute drive to Sanibel,/Captiva. Walmart is way too close, like less than two minutes, I spent too much money there, too convenient. This park and this place is just a terrific place to stay for a week or a month, so close to everything you need.

I stayed here for 2 months. When I moved in there was a problem with the A/C the landlord was not aware of. She had it fixed asap. Nice quiet place, in the summer you have it to yourself.
