Etiquette in the Middle East
In the Middle East, people are very personal. They speak at close distances, and are very amicable. Conversations tend to be very loud and animated. If you are enjoying yourself (especially while eating), be sure to let the host know. This is a great compliment. If you accept a gift, you are expected to give another in return. Be sure to respect the social classifications in this culture, as it is especially important to them.
