In 1923 under Treaty of Lausanne Cyprus became the part of British colony and finally Cyprus got independence from British in 1960. The Cyprus agree to join with the European Union from the political pressures of both the countries were reduced rapidly. In Present with the help of Green Line open it provides communication between both ends of this country.
