The state of Guerrero is formally called as Estado Libre y Soberano de Guerrero or Free and Sovereign State of Guerrero in English. Formally the state of Hidalgo is recognized as Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo situated in Eastern Mexico. It is a part of Federal District and includes the 32 Federal Entities of Mexico. The state of Hidalgo has 84 municipalities in it. Pachuca De Soto is the capital city of the state. Benito Juarez initiated the State of Hidalgo in the year 1869. The word "de Soto" was post fixed to the name of the capital city in respect to Manuel Fernando Soto. The name to the nation was given from the name of Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, the originator of the Mexican War for freedom. For the Spanish colonial empire the political, administrative and financial centre of a major part was served by the Mexico City. In 1824 the Federal District was created, and achieved from Spain after Independence. To elect the Head of Government, residents were given the right directly demanding greater political autonomy after years. A wave of liberal policies were passed by the local government such as abortion on request to any woman up to 12 weeks into a pregnancy, no-fault divorce, same-sex marriage and a limited form of euthanasia in recent years.

The state of Puebla is formally called as Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla or in English as Free and Sovereign State of Puebla. It is a part of the 31 states. It is situated in the East-Central Mexico. In the year 1531 the city of Puebla was initiated by the Spanish in this valley. It was the trade path linking Mexico City and the port of Veracruz. The state of Puebla is rich in the cultures of China Poblana, mole poblano, dynamic literary and arts. The Sierra Madre Oriental leads the eastern part of the state. In the northern, eastern and southern side of the state there is Puebla and in the northwest side there is Hidalgo. The name of the state and capital was derived from the name of the pre-Hispanic city and civilization. The people of Tlaxcala got associated with the Spanish to overcome the Aztecs. In the year 1857 the state gained its freedom and Tlaxcala became a federal territory. Farming is the main sector for the economy. Officially the state of Veracruz or Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave is known as Estado Libre y Soberano de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave and in English it is called as Free and Sovereign State of Veracruz of Ignacio de la Llave. It is the Federal District of 31 states and is incorporated with the 32 federative entities of Mexico. There are 212 municipalities in Veracruz. Xalapa-Enriquez or Jalapa is the capital city of the nation. Veracruz State is situated in the eastern Mexico and shares the boundaries on the north the state of Tamaulipas is located, on the west the states of San Luis Potosi and Hidalgo are located, on the southwest Puebla is located, on the south Oaxaca and Chiapas are located and on the southeast Tabasco is located. To the east of Veracruz lies the shore on the Gulf of Mexico. The state has fusion of ethnicities and huge local inhabitants. The significance of the port of Veracruz reveals from the cuisine of the state. The cuisines have several cultural pressures on it. Other prominent cities of the state include Veracruz, Coatzacoalcos, Cordoba, Minatitlan, Poza Rica, Boca Del Rio and Orizaba.
