In 1990 Cuba got the support of Soviet after reduction of communism in Cuba.       Cuba Government
The Republic of Cuba is the conventional name of Cuba having communist state government with Havana is the capital city. The Cuba has 14 provinces and one municipality section as administrative departments. This country got independence in 20 May 1902 at that time it was ruled by the US but the Cuba government didn't recognized that day as an independence day. The Cuba is the country originated in Caribbean region having the boundary regions of Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Florida and Key West. The region extremes of this country are 21 30 N and 80 00 W. The total land area of this country is 110,860 sq km and is only land area there is no water region. The Guantanamo Bay with 29 km was the land boundary of this country. The coastline length of this country is 3,735 km and this country has the sea region of about 12 nm and 200 nm of economic zone. The weather is generally hot, summer starts from November and ends with April and the rainy season starts with May and ends with October. The Cuba is a large country in the western Caribbean region consists of better economy in which major section is gained from the services. The government of Cuba declared that nearly 500,000 state jobs are eliminated in 2011 which results the great self employment opportunities. By observing the economic structure of Cuba the large income is gained from services nearly 73%, the second major section is raised from industrial areas about 23% and the remaining 4% is gained through the agricultural products. The Cuba is very advanced in employment why because this country has only 2% of unemployment. The total annual income of this country is $46.51 billion and the expenses are nearly $48.89 billion. The Sugar, tobacco, citrus, coffee, rice and some vegetables are the major agricultural products cultivated in this country. This country has several industries such as sugar, petroleum, tobacco, some machinery tools and pharmaceuticals. This country exports some natural products like sugar, tobacco and medical products as well as coffee and fish to China, Canada, Spain and Netherlands. The food, machinery and equipment are the imported products from Venezuela, China and US. This country has $19.75 billion of debt and one Cuban peso (CUP) is equal to 0.9259 US dollar.
