Queensland Information
Queensland is Australia's 2nd largest and 3rd most populous state. There are number of famous World Heritage Sites in Queensland. Queensland is a state in the northeastern part of Australia. Queensland shared their borders in Australia's Northern Territory, South Australia and New South Wales and the Coral Sea and Pacific Ocean are along the coastlines. Brisbane is Queensland's capital city. Queensland coast and the South East of population are 4,580,700. Queensland was separated from the colony of New South Wales State on 6 June 1859. Queensland is named in honor of Queen Victoria. Queensland History
Queensland's occupation in human history as well as more recent European settlement comprises both a long Aboriginal Australia. Queensland Government
The Queensland is Australia Government's major part. Queensland Westminster system based on the model of the United Kingdom conducted according to the rules of the parliamentary form of government. Today, the public administrations and defenses are major sectors in Queensland economy. One percent of the area devoted to crops. One of the most valuable crops such as sugar cane and cotton are grown in Queensland. Other crops are fruits, grains, vegetables, tobacco, and peanuts. Tourism is an important part of the economy. The state provides about 60% of Australia's total coal exports in Queensland. Production of other minerals is baksait, zinc, copper, lead, silver, and gold.
