Mr. Gomez was very helpful and did his best to make sure I was well accommodated. The internet connection is acceptable. There is a washer on the property for tenants use. The apartment is one of perhaps 5 units and Mr Gomez lives on the premises and is usually available to help with any problems that may arise. I spent 3.5 months in the apartment and I would do it again. The area is very quite and safe. There were spaces for parking if one has a vehicle. There is a small super market approximately 2 minutes walk from the apartment and will deliver supplies to the apartment if help is solicited. Additionally, in the morning there tends to be a lot of traffic because the apartment building is situated between 3 popular learning institutions.
