The gardenview and oceanview apartments are located on the 6th and 7th fl respectively of the 21 story building. Our studios offer all the comforts of your home with style at a very reasonable price. Both apartments have been completely remodeled and redecorated in November 2011. The studios have a spacious lanai with a table and 2 chairs.
Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY local phone service and wireless Internet. Costs of utilities (water and electricity) & Cable TV are also INCLUDED as part of the base rental fee.
Each studio comes with queen-size bedroom set, dining table, coffee table, window AC unit, 32” LCD TV and DVD player.
The kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, built-in cook-top and microwave. For your convenience we also offer coffer maker, water kettle, toaster, rice cooker,blender, mixer, china, silverware, various pots and pans.
The following amenities are located on the recreation sun deck on the 5th:

Swimming pool, reclining chairs and public restrooms
Patio with tables, chairs and BBQ grill
Beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, mats and umbrella are available to take to the beach (provided by the owner free of charge and can be found in the apartment.) Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hale Koa resorts with public beach access are located across the street. One time cleaning fee is $65. Security deposit is $300. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Parking is optional.
