This apartment is about 65 m2. It has one bedroom with a wardrobe and two windows.Also, have a big main room with two sofas and a very big table and kitchen with electric cooker. Also there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is included and is available to use.
This apartment is only about 50 meters away from the coast of the Ionian Sea and from the front side has a direct view on the see.
Is a very easy place and the center of the Preveza city is about 4 km far. In addition two bicycles are available to renters.
This place can be used as a central point for daily trips to Lefkas Island, nikopolis, aheron river, parga, lagoon of Amvrakikos and other interesting places in the area. Anyone can swim in the sea because is only 50 m far. In addition at the evenings can visit the typical taverns of the city of Preveza. Unfortunately, this apartment don’t have a telephone and internet connection however internet connection can be founded in the Preveza City. Supermarkets, doctors etc also can be found in preveza city.
The Aktion airport is located on the opposite side of the channel Aktion and is just 15 minutes by car (the car passes through the underwater tunnel and has a cost of 3 euros per direction).
This apartment is available for a period at least one week and can accommodate comfortably even 3-4 people. For period more than two weeks, is available two additional days free stay.
