Furnished bedroom for rent, We are looking for one student or professional, that doesnt have guest,
or pets who is a Non-Smoker. Our home is located near Queensborough Community College (Q27 is a 10 minute bus ride). St. Johns University (Q31 is a 20 minute bus ride). Queens College (Q31 to Q88) is a 30 minute bus ride. We have one teenage daugther living at home. We are located in a safe, quite, upper middle class neighborhood (most females love to hear that). We are looking for one responsible non smoking female that would like to rent a furnished 8 x 9 sized bedroom with a twin bed, dresser, wifi and cable 20 flat screen TV located in Bayside, Queens.
Its a shared entrance,so looking for someone that doesnt have guest or pets. There is a laundromat near by for your convenience.
Fifteen minute walk to the Bayside Long Island Railroad Station or take the Q27 bus to Flushing for the number 7 train into Manhattan.
I also have friends that live in Flushing, Jamaica and Staten Island looking for roommates.
