Live like in the old days in this wonderful city. Our apartments are inside a restored colonial home in downtown, which is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gym, churches, Hospitals, schools, university of Guadalajara. Yet, secluded from all the noise and caos of downtown. There are four patios with lots of plants and fountains that make it perfect for relaxing, reading, etc.
There are only 4 apartments in the home, so you dont have to deal with a lot of tents or noise. The tenants are from Canada, US and Europe. We all create a quiet atmosphere and so we look for tenants that can share our view.
