There are many amenities including heated pool, spa, gym, sauna, and building is very secure. Next to Ballona Creek with bike path to Marina Del Rey shopping, beaches, Movies screens and shops ( such as: Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS, 800degree pizza, Home Depot, and many more) 10 mins away from the beach and close to LAX.
Washer and dryer available in building.
Also I have bicycles available free of use, and a small car for rent for local driving only...
NO SMOKING in the property.
