The apartment is located between the Louvre, the Seine and close to the famous square of Saint-Germain-des-Près. Its also on rue de Verneuil, where Serge Gainsbourg once lived. Location-wise its hard to beat... 5m away walking to the Louvre, 2 to Musée dOrsay, 2 blocks away from the Seine.

Fully furnished and very recently redone by an interior designer, wed like to share with you the comfort of our cozy apartment, its nice amenities and its modern Parisian charm.

The area is world-renowned for its high-end boutiques, art galleries, outdoor cafes and restaurants. The location is also perfect for exploring the rest of the city as it is situated close to ‘metro lines 4, 12 and 1 and a large quantity of bus lines.

You will find a king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Ideally for a couple, its also suitable for a couple and two children or three friends traveling together.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sophisticated custom door/furniture piece made by a carpenter. The space is half way between a studio and one bedroom apartment.

No cleaning to be done! Theres a dishwasher and in the apartment, and if you dont want to use the washing machine, theres a dry cleaner just outside the building.
Linens and towels are provided and a weekly cleaning service is available upon request.

The apartment also has wireless internet and cable television.
A note for travelers coming in the winter time: the apartment has floor heating, so its a pleasure to walk around in slippers after a day out in the cold.
