I would like to share my experience with my landlord at 94 Ft. Greene Place. She was not responsive to the problems I had. The apartment did not have the things it was said to have. It was unclean.

Ms. Margo was an absolute delight. Talk about one stop shopping! We originally set out to seek a studio for our college bound son. Since we had planned on being in the NYC area for a couple of weeks, we were looking for a vacation rental rather than a hotel for our accommodations, and that is where Margo came in. She not only provided us with our vacation rental, but she also had a studio apartment coming available right next door! The apartments were centrally located, which is perfect for anyone planning to stay and explore for a while, and great for a college student as well.The hospitality cupcakes will put Martha Stewarts to shame, not to mention that she was available when we needed her but not pushy. She respected out privacy. Will I recommend Ms. Lewis and Ft. Greene Properties? Yes.

Within ten minutes, you can visit The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, The Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.
