This one bedroom apartment one flight up in a brownstone, is in the heart of the Upper West Side, close to both Central park and Riverside Park. Just a few blocks from Lincoln Center and the Metropolitan Opera House, it is also close to many shops and restaurants on trendy Columbus Avenue, along with the famous Fairway Market on Broadway. The apartment is just a few steps from both an express and local subway 1,2,3 trains making access to all of Manhattan convenient. The neighborhood is very oriented and has all the amenities needed, including twenty-four hour delis and markets, pharmacies, book stores, restaurants, etc.
