My roommate just got out of the country and will unfortunately be leaving me, so now I have an open bedroom available in my amazing Financial District apartment.

About the apt:

Luxury apartment for sublet lease starting January 2013. Doorman and 24 hour security, fully furnished, one bathroom, huge closet space, large bedroom (fits queen or king plus dresser, desk, couch etc), living area and kitchen (appliances and utencils all included). Great location with access to major subway lines (1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, Q, R,4 and 5) only a few blocks away. Gristedes grocery store, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Just Salad, Pret a Manger on the same block. The South Street Seaport is within walking distance. Plus easy access to Ikea via the ferry!!

About me:

I am a 24/f who is in fashion l and am very busy responsible in the field. I keep the apartment clean and always respect my roommates property.

About you:

M or F preferably in your 20s, responsible and always able to pay rent on time (dealt with some nightmares in the past and am just looking for someone responsible please!)
