The house is a 2 stories about 2,000 sq ft. When you walk in its very impressive. The first thing you see the high NYC style 20+ foot ceilings in the main living room with fireplace and stylist dinning room. One bathroom is also downstairs.

After, you will be in the art deco fam-room along with the kitchen and a kitchen table. The kitchen has all stainless steal appliances, two dishwashes and everything you need to cook.

Outside it a nice patio area great for relaxing near the water fountain or cook at the BBQ!

Upstairs there is 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1- the master bedroom with high ceilings and over size tub, two sinks, shower and big walk in closet. It has a queen size bed. The room is very big. please keep in mind the masterbed- room backs up to aliso viejo prkwy and aliso creek. You might get some traffic noise in the morning.

2. Bedroom 2- second size master bedroom that is a office with a queen size bed.

3. Bedroom 3- guest room with a queen size bed.
I also have one twin mattress if you need a extra bed.
The other upstairs bathroom is good size with shower and tub.
