We are renting our 1 Br apt for New Year holiday. It will be available from December 29 2012 to January 11 afternoon 2013. Minimum stay is one week. The price is $100 per day. The cleaning people fee is $120.

Our apartment is brand new with high-end appliances, new furniture, high speed Internet,, TV, Cable(plenty of channels to choose from), DVD, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave) and all other kitchen supplies. There is a laundry room on each floor in a building. So there are washers and dryers on our 4th floor. If you need dry-cleaning, there is a dry-cleaner in the building downstairs.

The bedroom has a king size bed (the biggest you can get) for and the living room has a sofa and a dining table for 4 people. A huge closet for up to 4 people. A closet will be empty and available for you.
We have complete bedding, cooking supplies, towels, bath supplies.
Our building has a gym, sauna, tennis courts, sun deck, pool on the third floor; a roof deck; 24/7 doorman and full concierge service. The gym is an additional charge of $15/visit per person.
