Charming room with its own bathroom on one of the finest blocks on the Upper West Side. Room features cable, high-speed Internet, air conditioning, and an overhead fan. Since it faces Amsterdam Ave., the room, which has 2 windows, three if you count the bathroom, gets lots of sun. The building, which has a laundry, has a 24/7 elevator oiperator, making it like a doorman bulding. Im a journalist and I have 2 cats. PA prospective renter must like cats. The rent is $1350 plus half the utilities and half the cost of the cleaning lady for a total of $1500. Prefer someone who works days and not from home. The room does nbot have a closet but does have a wardobe as well as a shared closet in the foyer.
