The room itself is quite spacious. Can fit either a twin or full sized bed, two dressers and the closet is not walk-in, but fits lots of clothes and has a shelving.

Move in date is NOW, room is vacant! I will cover the rest of November and you will pay Dec- end of lease, which is July. Security Deposit is 450 and will be returned at the end of the lease. FREE Laundry onsite! No utilities included except water, but all together they usually come out to about 70$ a month. That includes cable, internet, gas, and electric.
