My roommate Jimmy and I have a newly vacant bedroom in our three bedroom house. Heres all of the information that matters:

The house is a really nice ranch just outside of the main section of Red Bank ... it is right next to the Parkway entrance and a bus stop and reasonably close to the Red Bank train station. We have a sweet backyard, front yard, porch, living room, TV and all that business. The place truly is sweet. The rent includes all utilities, we have incredibly fast Fios internet and a solid cable package included in that as well. The place is furnished but you will need to supply your bedroom stuff. NO pets and NO smoking.

Heres a bunch of other stuff that also matters:

1. Jimmy and I are cool... like really cool.
2. Jimmy watches TV all day and laughs hysterically... if you dont like laughter, dont live here.
3. We clean usually once per week. Until that point, the house can get messy. If you dont like stuff to ever be messy, you might not want to live here. That said, at ANY time, ANY roommate may demand that the house be cleaned and we all should participate to clean the place. This insures that we maintain a level of cleanliness that works for everyone. If you like cleaning, then we want you to live here.
4. I am cooler than Jimmy, but again, were both really cool.
5. Our TV is also cool.
