It is located in the East PyoenhanSaesang Daerim Apartment complex in Jeongneung-dong right next to the SeoKyeong University Right outside the entrance to the apartment complex there are a couple of bus stations that can take you directly to Girum (line 4), Anam (line 6), and Bomun (line 6) subway stations. There is a small grocery store and a convenience store just a 1 minute walk from the entrance, and only a 5 minute bus ride to a larger grocery store.

The 400,000 friendly Won/month rent also includes utilities and wireless internet so you dont need to worry about those (but please be respectful). No deposit, but there is a $2000 fee which covers the use of all furnishings, appliances, and everything else in the apartment. You can then pass this fee on to the next person who takes your place when you leave.

Right now one friendly (me), one friendly, and one Frenchman are living in the apartment. I will be moving out in December so you will have my room. Everyone can speak English perfectly fine and will super helpful if you ever need anything or have any questions.
