I am an educator at Yale. I own and have a lovely home to host/share for international students, or professionals wanting to explore the friendly culture and study abroad. So if you are seeking a nice place to stay and call home Seeking a clean, restful, quiet and peaceful home search no more!

Students, or Business professionals interested in visiting for a few days, a week or a month or longer?

The house is located 300 feet from our town private beach and is very beautiful during the summer, spring, fall and winter. There are also very nice restaurants on the beach. And, many others in the area, as well as a big shopping center.

The house is located in a very nice, quiet and private residential area, minutes away from Yale University and only about 15 minutes to the University of New Haven and Southern. Conveniently located minutes away from Interstate I-95 and I-91 on bus route. We are located just 1 hour from Foxwoods Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino, New York City, Boston, The Cape, Rhode Island and many other beautiful New England states.

The house is completely furnished. It has a full bathroom, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fire place. The house is a Ranch 1,000 sq ft with private entrance. Laundry facility just minutes away.

It includes clean towels, linens, water, electricity, heat, basic cable, WIFI and hot water. The only thing you will have to buy and bring is your food and clothes.

For an additional small fee housekeeping services will be available to you if you are interested once per week.
