I am such a great room, but so lonely, and I wonder why. I have been freshly painted, have carpet, large windows, and a closet and new AC. I have a bed, a comfy chair, a maple cabinet, and some computer table.. I have cable and am internet ready.
I am in a great secure neighborhood, close to D,N,F,Q trains to Manhattan, all the shopping, gym, medical and dental facilities you can ever want with in walking distance, and guess what I am close to the beach at Coney Island.
I am a little picky in my own. The apartment I am located in is the second floor of a private home.you will share a bathroom and large kitchen if you enjoy cooking.
The apartment is owned by a cool friendly male, he works nights so only in the house during the day and weekend, loves to travel, read, music, respectful, rent is 675 a month, first and last on move in, and includes all utilities.
