Absolutely 5 star plus apartment and landlord. The room and apartment I rented was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked to include high speed internet. The landlord, who you share an apartment with, was an excellent hostess. When I got to the apartment around midnight I asked her where I could go to get something to eat and she cooked up an excellent dinner for me. This is a bed and breakfast situation and the breakfasts were very good as well. Sometimes she serverd croissants, other times a delicious egg meal, and all times fresh fruit and juice. The private room I had was suitable for a short or long stay and there is flexibility to decide to stay longer at a better rate. Yes, I would certainly rent from the landlord again.
