I will have two rooms available in my 2 story home in East El Paso. It will rent for $375 a month and $150 deposit. One will be available towards the middle of June, and the other one also towards the middle of July. The deposit will not be refunded because it provides for new sheets, mattress pad, pillow, clothes detergent, softener, washing of dishes, coffee, new towels if you don’t bring your own, the cleaning of your restroom, and your room if you request it, and the wear and tear of the room furnishings. There are no prorated days. If you pay the $375 on the first of the month, or ANY day of the month, you will secure your stay for the whole month. If you decide to move out before the end of the month, there will be no refund for days not staying. Rooms are furnished with a full size bed,( complete with pillow, sheets, blankets), dresser, closet space, LCD HDTV, wireless internet connection, desk & chair. You will share a bathroom with another roommate/s. Ill provide the towels if you dont have any. You will have access to laundry room, kitchen, yard. Ill take care of the dish washing and cleaning. I provide the detergent/softner to wash your clothes. I have a home theater which we watch movies at times. We are all males living here. I am a 61 yr old divorced male, and live here with my 2 doggies. I still like to party and have fun. I have a nice yard with patio bar, fish pond with waterfalls, and a jaccuzi to enjoy in the summer. Contact
