I have an open bedroom in a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment. The bedroom is fully furnished and you have your own key which locks your room. The living room is spacious with flat screen TV which is the common area as well as full use of the newly gut renovated kitchen. The bathroom has also been recently renovated as well. The other bedroom will be opening soon as well at the same price, $65 a night. Perfect for collegeand travelers. Hostels in the area are about $50-$75 a night for a twin bed in a room of 1, and hotels are also pricey, so this is a very safe and comfortable alternative. You will be sharing the apartment with me and I am an attorney who works early and comes home late. We are two train stops from Columbia University and the city college as well. Safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood with everything you would possibly need near by. Couples are welcome for an extra $15 per night as all of the beds are full size beds with BRAND NEW mattresses!! $10 a week to chip in for utilities also. Min of one week preferred with a max of 3 weeks, if you need longer, we may be able to work something out.

To move in I need 1 week +$10 utilites +$50 security deposit (which will be refunded when you leave if nothing is broken or missing) so $550 to stay. No credit check or anything like that, you pay, you stay.
