This apartment is absolutely gorgeous!!! Hard wood floors, 10 foot ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and best of all it looks out over Central Park in every room! This is a safe building with 24 hour doormen. The apartment is centrally located with Whole Foods just across the street. There is a huge outdoor space just outside the apartment that also looks out over Central Park. The bedrooms are far from one another, so it makes for a great apartment to share. Your bedroom is very large with two huge closets and a king sized bed. I am looking for a responsible easy going room mate like myself. I have a small pug, so you should be an animal lover.
