Sunny loft bedroom with private entrance and generous closet space. Room has wood floors and a great view. It is furnished with a full size futon and other optional furnishings. Linens can also be provided. M14D bus stops right in front of the apartment, runs very regularly and connects to ALL subways on 14th Street. Bathroom has a bathtub and excellent water pressure. Kitchen is small but fully equipped for cooking. Apartment is professionally cleaned twice a month. Great deal for someone staying for a few months without furniture. I am open to either male or female but find that males seem more comfortable.
